Set sail on a 4-hour fishing adventure from Marina Rowda, exploring Muscat’s stunning coastline and abundant marine life. Start with a safety briefing and gear setup before heading to prime fishing spots in the Gulf of Oman to catch species like snapper and kingfish with expert crew assistance. Enjoy light refreshments onboard, relax amidst picturesque views, and, if desired, continue fishing or move to new locations. Conclude your trip with a scenic return to the marina, where your catch can be cleaned or prepared for a delicious meal. A perfect blend of excitement and relaxation awaits!

1. Arrival at Marina Rowda & Briefing

  • Arrive at Marina Rowda where you’ll meet your fishing crew. They will provide you with a briefing about the day’s schedule, the safety measures, and an introduction to the fishing equipment.
  • You’ll be provided with fishing gear (rods, tackle, bait) and given instructions on how to use the equipment properly.
  • After the briefing, the boat departs from the marina, heading out into the Gulf of Oman. Enjoy a short ride with scenic views of Muscat’s coastline and mountains as you make your way to the fishing grounds.

2. Fishing Time: Start Your Fishing Adventure

  • The boat will anchor in a prime fishing location where the crew knows fish are abundant. The waters around Muscat are home to a variety of fish, such as snapper, grouper, barracuda, and kingfish, so you’ll have the opportunity to catch a range of species.
    • The crew will assist you in casting lines and offer tips on fishing techniques.
    • Fishing Duration: 2 hours of active fishing.
    • While fishing, you can enjoy the tranquil surroundings, as the boat gently sways in the calm waters.
    • If you’re lucky, you’ll reel in a big catch! The crew will be there to help you with any catches and provide tips for improving your technique.

3. Scenic Relaxation & Snacking

  • After an exciting couple of hours of fishing, enjoy some relaxation time on the boat. The crew will provide light refreshments or snacks (such as fruit, water, or soft drinks), and you can take in the surrounding scenery of the coastline, rocky cliffs, and clear waters.
  • This is also an opportunity to try some light fishing for any other species if you’d like to continue. Alternatively, you can simply relax and enjoy the ocean breeze.

4. More Fishing or Moving to New Location

  • After an exciting couple of hours of fishing, enjoy some relaxation time on the boat. The crew will provide light refreshments or snacks (such as fruit, water, or soft drinks), and you can take in the surrounding scenery of the coastline, rocky cliffs, and clear waters.
  • This is also an opportunity to try some light fishing for any other species if you’d like to continue. Alternatively, you can simply relax and enjoy the ocean breeze.

5. Return to Marina Rowda

  • After a fun and exciting 4-hour fishing experience, the boat will begin its return journey to Marina Rowda.
  • You’ll have the opportunity to enjoy one last glimpse of the beautiful Muscat coastline, with views of the city’s natural beauty, rocky hills, and clear waters.
  • Arrive back at the marina, where the crew will assist you with unloading and ensure you have all your personal belongings.
  • If you’ve caught any fish, the crew may help you clean them, and some operators even offer the option to cook and serve your catch at the marina’s restaurant (if available).

  • Any expenses of a personal nature such as, drinks, laundry, telephone calls, insurance, camera fees, excess baggage, emergency / medical cost etc.

  • Royal King Tours reserves the right to change the sequence of the program of the tours or cancel any part of the scheduled program for reasons of Government decisions and road traffic situations, weather conditions or similar.
  • Royal King Tours reserves the right to amend the rates if the government introduces new tax regulations.
  • Non-refundable: All bookings (hotels, and tours) are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please double-check all details before confirming your reservation
  • Payment Due Dates: 100% advance payment. Payments to be made 02 weeks before arrival.
  • Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unexpected cancellations, delays, or health issues that may arise during your trip.
  • Changes to Itinerary: Any changes made to the itinerary after booking may result in additional fees and changes to travel arrangements. Please consult with the organizer before making any changes.
  • Tour Timings: All tours and excursions are subject to change based on weather, availability, or local conditions. Confirm tour timings and locations 24 hours before departure

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations received 15 days prior to the arrival date will be cancelled free of charge.
  • Cancellations received 14 to 6 days prior to the arrival date will incur a 25% charge of the total package.
  • Cancellations received 5 to 2 days prior to the arrival date will incur a 50% charge of the total package.
  • Cancellations received 1 day to the arrival date will incur a 100% charge of the total package.
