- Changes to Itinerary: Any changes made to the itinerary after booking may result in additional fees and changes to travel arrangements. Please consult with the organizer before making any changes.
- Tour Timings: All tours and excursions are subject to change based on weather, availability, or local conditions. Confirm tour timings and locations 24 hours before departure.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellations received 15 days prior to the arrival date will be cancelled free of charge.
- Cancellations received 14 to 6 days prior to the arrival date will incur a 25% charge of the total package.
- Cancellations received 5 to 2 days prior to the arrival date will incur a 50% charge of the total package.
- Cancellations received 1 day to the arrival date will incur a 100% charge of the total package.
